A Join code can be created for a hunt or a hunting ground The Join code can then be entered in the app by anyone with a WeHunt account in order to connect to the hunt or the hunting ground.
This function is intended for people who have not already received an invitation to the hunting ground or the hunt.
When you create the hunting team, a connection code for the team is generated automatically.
To find the connection code, go to the app’s left-hand menu and tap Teams & grounds. Under each hunting Team name, you’ll see the connection code displayed.
To create a connection code for the hunt, follow these steps:
Tap Hunt in the bottom right corner of the map.
Tap Start Hunt.
A connection code for the hunt will then be generated automatically.
Share the code with those taking part in the hunt. The hunt participants can log into their WeHunt accounts and enter the connection code to join the hunt.
To join a hunt or sign up for a hunting ground:
1. Log into WeHunt on your iPhone or Android phone
2. Select Join by code from the left-hand menu in the app
3. Enter the code you received and choose Done
You will now connect to the hunting ground or sign up for the hunt.
