What is the first thing that I should do, when starting to use Tracker Bark?
Before attempting to add your device to WeHunt, make sure you have a valid subscription for the device; otherwise, the device will not appear on the map. A new device's purchase prise includes 1 month usage time for the device, but once that 1 month usage time has ended, the device needs a paid subscription in order to continue using it.
How do I make sure the Tracker Bark device is ready for use?
- Connect the charging cable of the device to a standard 5 Volt USB power supply (e.g. a phone power supply or a USB connector on a computer).
- Plug the charging head into the charging socket on the side of the Bark device. Note that the charging connector is magnetic and only goes in one way.
- Press the button on the side of the device to turn it on. When the light comes on, you can release the button. The device will also vibrate during start-up.
- Take the device outside at least 25 meters away from buildings.
How can I start using Tracker Bark device?
- Download and install the WeHunt app from your phone's app store (minimum requirements are Android 7.0 or Apple iOS 13).
- Log in with your credentials or register an account in the app.
- Open the main menu on the left side of the WeHunt app.
- Select "My devices" and then choose "Add device."
- Choose to scan the QR code or IMEI barcode, or manually enter the IMEI number.
- You will now see the device model, IMEI number. Select "Next."
How can I see Tracker Active Bark and its location on map?
- To view the device on the map, you must select a dog (a dog profile) for the device. Choose an existing dog profile or select "Add dog" to create a new dog profile. A dog profile can be created and added to the device later on or if You've already made a dog profile, then You can select it for the device when You're adding the device to the WeHunt app.
- Once You have selected a dog profile to the device in WeHunt App, click "Done," and your device will appear on the map when it sends its first location update.
