To update the firmware on your G10i device, follow these steps:
Turn on the G10i device and connect it to a charger.
Wait until the device has found satellites and the mobile operator’s network.
Make sure you are receiving real-time location updates from the device.
Open the WeHunt app and go to the device settings.
Tap Software version and accept the available software update.
The update will then download and install automatically.
The firmware update takes approximately 30–40 minutes to complete. During the update, keep the device connected to the charger and do not turn it off. Interrupting the update may cause the device to malfunction.
