What do the different LED lights mean on the Tracker G400FI, G500FI, G5002013, G1000 and Supra device?

The LED lights on the device indicate power state, battery level, charging status, and network and satellite connection. 

The meaning depends on the LED color and how it flashes or stays on.


What does a green and red LED mean when turning on the device?

Green and Red lights alternate = Searching for network and satellites


What does a green and red LED sequence mean on the device?

If the device is on it can sometimes repeat one of the following cycles:

GSM = Network connection / GNNS = Satellites

- Green LED 1x and then Red LED 1x = no GSM / GNNS ok

- Green LED 1x and then Red LED 2x = GSM ok / no GNSS 

- Green LED 1x and then Red LED 3x = no GSM / no GNSS


Why the red LED keeps flashing every 0.2sec?

Not able to read SIM or the SIM-card is in fault condition


What if the red LED stays on or keeps on flashing continuously while using the device?

Fault condition -> Wait and monitor the situation

If the situation does not change: Restart the device

If restarting did not help: Send the device for Service


What does a flashing green LED mean while the device is in use?

Green LED flashing every 1sec means that satellites and network connection are OK (device is working normally)


How do the LED lights behave when the device is turning off?

The red LED stays on for 9sec. Then the power is switched Off


What does it mean if the red LED keeps flashing every 2.8sec?

The battery charge is low, connect the device to a charger


What does a green and red LED mean when charging the device?

The red LED stays on = Device's battery is charging

The green LED stays on = Battery is fully charged


What does a flashing red LED mean when charging the device?

The Red LED flashing every 0.5sec = Charging error / fault condition

- Check charger and charging cable

- Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet and the device from the charging cable

- Wait a few minutes and then reconnect the charger and charging cable

- If possible, test with another charger

- If the situation does not change: Send the device for Service


How often should the device battery be charged?

The battery must be charged at least every three months. Long-term storage without charging can damage the battery.
