My Safety & Wolf Safety

Follow the instructions below to enable and disable My Safety or Wolf Safety; 

        1. Open and log into your WeHunt account.

        2. Open the menu in the top-left corner.

        3. Click on "Safety"

        4. On this view, you can enable and disable "My Safety" and "Wolf safety"

My Safety:

        When activated, your location is shared anonymously with other users who have My Safety enabled within 2 km radius.

        You'll only see each other if you're within 2 km. 

        This does not affect how you share your location in your Team or during a Hunt. 

Wolf Safety:

        Enable "Wolf Safety" to share and access wolf observations within our community. 

        Wolf safety provides a map displaying all wolf observations reported by fellow users.

        Observations are categorized into thee stages based on their age:

• Less than 24 hours old
• Between 24 and 48 hours old
• Between 48 and 72 hours old

        Observations are automatically removed after 72 hours.

Adding a Wolf Observation:

1. Open and log into your WeHunt account. 
2. Click on the + icon in the bottom left.
3. Click on "Wolf"
4. Select the marking position and click on "Next"
5. Next you will see a menu where you can add the following details to the report: Picture, sighting type, quantity, observation time, comment and direction of travel.
6. Click on "Done" to add the marking.
