Weeks 27-31 (July) / 2026: the estimated turnaround time for devices received for service is approximately 10 business days. (We will announce the next turnaround time update in week 32)
Turnaround time refers to the period from when a device is received by our service center until it is dispatched for transport back to the customer or reseller.
