Tracker app will be update later this year to WeHunt X Tracker app (WeHunt in some countries). This app has the best features of the old WeHunt app and the best features of the Tracker app. So two apps combined to one superior app.
Below are some answers to what is changing and where to get help.
What are the terminology changes?
There are small changes, for example groups are now called teams. The app functions pretty much the same there are some additional features, some terminology change but Tracker users will notice that the app is similar to Tracker.
What are hunts?
You can follow your team as you can do in Tracker app, but now we are brining the hunt-concept to Tracker users. Hunt is an optional event that you can start. People that are in the same hunt can see each other and the dogs attached to the hunt. When the hunt ends, they cannot see each other anymore (unless they are in same team and allowed to share their location on the team).
Are there more supported devices in the new app, such as Garmin?
Yes, Garmin is supported through Garmin watches. More information here.
Will I get more info on this change?
Yes, if you have requested our newsletter (can be done in Tracker app settings) you will start to receive newsletters, in-app messages and you can also follow us on social media to get more information on this change.
What happens to subscriptions?
All subscriptions are transferred to the new app. Their names will change a bit and the logic how they work, but what you have already bought will transfer to the new app. More on pricing an features can be found on WeHunt website here.
