If some of your team members or their dogs are missing from the app, the most common reason is that they have not yet moved to the new app. As soon as they start using it, they will appear in your team automatically, and there is nothing you need to do on your end.
There is one other thing to check. Even after a member has moved over, they will only be visible if they have allowed location sharing within the team. If a member is still missing once they are using the new app, ask them to check their location sharing settings.
