Why Is This Product Dangerous?
During testing, the following safety defects were identified in the product, which may pose a risk of electrical shock: deficiency in the torque test of the device's power outlet connector pins in accordance with standard EN 62368-1:2014. One of the connector pins detached from the device during the test. The connector pins on the power inlet, which connect directly to a wall outlet, loosened in the torque test.

- Stop using the Product immediately.

Remedial Measures for Consumers
We offer all affected consumers a free replacement product OR monetary compensation equivalent to its value (15 €) in exchange for returning the defective Product.
