How do I edit my hunting ground in WeHunt Web?

Draw and edit your team's hunting ground in the browser. Your changes are saved automatically.

Hunting grounds belong to a team. If you are not a member of a team yet, you will not see any maps — create a team or join one with a code first.

Follow the instructions below to open the map editor:

  1. Open wehuntapp.com and sign in
  2. Click on Teams
  3. Select your team
  4. Open the Map tab
  5. Click on Edit map

The tools along the top of the editor:

  • Border — the outer border of the ground
  • Sub-areas — areas inside the ground
  • Forbidden — the places nobody hunts
  • Map pins — stands, feeding places, baits, shelters, gathering places, salt rocks, water, road barriers and animals. The same pins as in the app.
  • Lines, Arrows and Trails

In the top right corner you will find Import, Export and Print.

Drawing a border:

  1. Open the Border tool
  2. Click on Draw area
  3. Trace the boundary on the map

You can add several separate areas — they do not have to connect. Tap a border on the map to fine-tune its individual points.

Building a border from official property boundaries:

  1. Open the Border tool
  2. Click on Select properties
  3. Tap the parcels you want to include

The border then follows the real property outlines, which is more accurate than tracing by eye. You see only the property information your own account has access to.

Do I need to save?

No. Map pins, lines, arrows, borders and sub-areas are saved as you add or change them, and the top right corner shows Saved.
