How do I import or export my hunting ground as a GPX file?

GPX is a standard map file. You can bring a hunting ground into WeHunt from a GPX file, and take one out again.

Follow the instructions below to import a GPX file:

  1. Open wehuntapp.com and sign in
  2. Click on Teams and select your team
  3. Open the Map tab
  4. Click on Edit map
  5. Click on Import in the top right corner
  6. Choose GPX import
  7. Upload your .gpx file from your device

The borders, areas and pins in the file are added to your map.

Follow the instructions below to export your ground as a GPX file:

  1. Open the Map tab for your team
  2. Click on Edit map
  3. Click on Export in the top right corner
  4. Save the file on your computer

You can now open the file in another program, or load it onto a GPS device.

Other ways to bring in a boundary

GPX is one of five sources under Import. The others are Sveaskog (Swedish state forest properties), Oma riista (the Finnish hunters' service), Reviiri, and Copy hunting ground map from another of your teams.
