Keep your team's paperwork in WeHunt — rules, permits, maps and lists — so everyone in the team can find it.
Follow the instructions below to open your team's documents:
- Open wehuntapp.com and sign in
- Click on Teams and select your team
- Open the Documents tab
What you can do there:
- Upload documents from your computer
- Organise them into folders
- Move a document to another folder
- Preview a document without downloading it
Sending documents out with a hunt invitation
When you plan a hunt, the Invitation step has an Attachments section, so the paperwork can go out together with the invitation.
Because the files come from the team library, removing a document from the team also removes it from hunts that used it. If an attachment on an old hunt no longer opens, this is usually why.
