Some of my map pins or borders look wrong in WeHunt Web

Your changes to the map are saved automatically, so nothing is lost by leaving the page. If something looks wrong or missing, tell us — it is not something you did.

Try this first:

  1. Reload the page — on Windows hold Ctrl and Shift and press R, on Mac hold Cmd and Shift and press R
  2. Check the same hunting ground in the WeHunt app on your phone

If the ground looks correct in the app but not on the web, or the other way round, that is useful to know — please mention it when you contact us.

Pins that look slightly different from the app

Pin labels and sizes are not always identical between the web and the app. The pin and its position are the same; only the way it is drawn differs.

Older hunting grounds

A ground drawn several years ago in an early version of the app can contain map data in an older format. Most of it displays correctly, but occasionally a border or a pin from that time appears in the wrong place or the wrong shape. If your ground is old and something looks odd, mention roughly when it was first drawn.

When you contact us, include:

  1. The name of the team and the hunting ground
  2. Which pins, borders or areas look wrong, and what they should look like
  3. Whether they look correct in the app
  4. A picture of the whole browser window, including the address at the top
