WeHunt Web loads once and then runs inside your browser. After we release an update, your browser can still be holding the old version.
That can show as a blank page, a page that does not react, or information you know is out of date.
Follow the instructions below to load the newest version:
- On Windows: hold Ctrl and Shift, and press R
- On Mac: hold Cmd and Shift, and press R
This fixes most cases.
The map flickers or goes grey when I move it
The map is drawn in small tiles that load as you pan and zoom. On a slower connection you may see them appear one at a time. Wait a moment, or zoom out and back in.
If none of that helps, contact our support team and include:
- The full address from the top of your browser window
- Which browser you use, and whether you are on Windows or Mac
- A picture of the whole window, including the address at the top
The address matters more than it sounds — it tells us exactly which page and which version you were on.
