- The issue has not been resolved: If you have already submitted a support request, and you believe that the issue has not been resolved, and you wish to make an official complaint, reply to the latest message in your support request and notify us that you want to file an official complaint. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the complaint.
