Seasonal service 193 €
Avius / Hybrid seasonal service includes dog device antenna, collar strap, software updates for dog and host device, 2 pcs batteries. Replaced parts and labor 1 year warranty
Other maintenance work is carried out at an hourly rate of 81 € / hour. Minimum charge 40,50 € (0,5 h work).
Parts are charged according to a separate price list.
If the service price exceeds 230 €, we will contact the customer to approve the costs.
Shipping
Customer return (from customer to Natlink) 10,20 € / shipment
Delivery, abroad 15,90 € / shipment
Shipments from outside the EU are priced based on actual costs
Budget
If you wish, you can request a cost estimate for the repair of your device before the actual maintenance.
The cost estimate is made after Service has had the opportunity to examine the device in more detail.
We do not make cost estimates without seeing the device.
You can leave a cost estimate request in the fault description field of the "Service request" by typing e.g.
"I want a cost estimate for the maintenance of the device".
We will contact the customer about the cost estimate either by phone or email.
