WeHunt GPS Plus needs GSM coverage and GPS contact to operate.
1. Make sure that you have a GPS subscription, otherwise the device will not show on the map. Read more about subscriptions here.
2. Also make sure that you turned on "Visible on map" that can be found in the dog profile.
Your GPS will appear on the map when the GSM and GPS contact is established. If it still doesn't work, please submit a ticket for our customer support here.
