If the barking alarm does not work, start by checking that the collar is not too tight around the dog’s neck.
If the G10i does not detect barking correctly or does not draw a barking trace on the map, adjust the bark detection sensitivity.
If the device is used together with a vest or harness, try setting the bark detection sensitivity to the highest level. If the device still does not register barking at all, contact Tracker technical support.
If problems continue after performing these steps and after contacting technical support, contact Tracker service or maintenance.
If the issue is related to the specific sound of the dog’s bark rather than the device itself, you can record the dog barking and send the audio sample to Tracker technical support for further investigation by R&D.
