Make sure you are logged in with the same account credentials as in the previous version of the app.
Follow the instructions below to check your account:
- Open the app
- Open the left-hand menu
- Check your login details in the top left corner
If the account is not correct:
- Click on your name
- Click on Log out
- Click on Log in
- Click on Email
- Log in using the same credentials as in the previous version of the app
