What to do if data import fails?

Make sure you have logged in with the same account credentials as in the previous app here:


1. Open the app 

2. Open the menu on the left hand side

3. You can see the log in details in the top left corner


If the account is not correct:


1. Click on your name

2. Click on "Log out"


3. Choose "Log in"

4. Click on "Email"

5. Log in using the same credentials as in the previous version of the app


If the data import still fails:


1. Enter the left menu of the app

2. Click on “Import data”

3. Choose whether you want to import data from Tracker or WeHunt

4. Enter your login details and click "Import"
