What to do if the data import fails as a Tracker user?

Make sure you have logged in with the same login method (Apple/Google) and the same account credentials as in the previous app here:


1. Open the app.

2. Open the menu on the left hand side.

3. You can see the log in details in the top left corner.


If the account is not correct:


1. Click on your name.

2. Click on "Log out".


3. Choose "Log in".

4. Click on "Continue with Apple or Continue with Google".

5. Log in using the same credentials as in the Tracker app.


If the data import still fails:


1. Enter the left menu of the app.

2. Click on “Import data”.

3. Click on "Tracker".

4. Input the phone number that has been used in the Tracker app

5. Click on "Get code"6. You will then receive the code via SMS message to that phone number

7. Input the code in the text field and click on "Import"

8. The data import process starts and imports Tracker information to the WeHunt app.
