What to do if the data import fails as a Tracker user?

If your data is not imported, make sure you are logged in with the correct account and try importing the data manually.


Follow the instructions below to check your login details:

  1. Open the app
  2. Open the left-hand menu
  3. Check your login details in the top left corner


If the account is incorrect:

  1. Click on your name
  2. Click on Log out
  3. Click on Log in
  4. Click on Continue with Apple or Continue with Google
  5. Log in using the same credentials as in the Tracker app



Follow the instructions below to import data manually:

  1. Open the left-hand menu
  2. Click on Import data
  3. Click on Tracker
  4. Enter the phone number used in the Tracker app
  5. Click on Get code
  6. Enter the code received via SMS
  7. Click on Import

The data import process will start and your Tracker data will be transferred to the WeHunt app.
