If your data is not imported, make sure you are logged in with the correct account and try importing the data manually.
Follow the instructions below to check your login details:
- Open the app
- Open the left-hand menu
- Check your login details in the top left corner
If the account is incorrect:
- Click on your name
- Click on Log out
- Click on Log in
- Click on Continue with Apple or Continue with Google
- Log in using the same credentials as in the Tracker app
Follow the instructions below to import data manually:
- Open the left-hand menu
- Click on Import data
- Click on Tracker
- Enter the phone number used in the Tracker app
- Click on Get code
- Enter the code received via SMS
- Click on Import
The data import process will start and your Tracker data will be transferred to the WeHunt app.
