If the bark detection sensitivity setting will not change, or your adjustment does not seem to take effect, the right step depends on your device.
Tracker Luna and Tracker Bark
Sensitivity adjustment is available on these devices. If it is not working, the most likely reason is that the device is not connected. Confirm that the device is switched on and sending its position to the app. If it is not reporting a position, the app cannot reach it to apply the setting. Bring the device into coverage, make sure it is charged and switched on, and wait until it shows an up to date position. Then try the adjustment again.
Other Tracker devices
For other Tracker devices, bark tuning is being rolled out in stages and may not be available for your device yet. This is not a problem with your device, and it is not something you have set incorrectly. There is nothing you need to do, and the setting cannot be unlocked early. Once it becomes available for your device, you will be able to adjust the sensitivity as normal.

If bark tuning is not yet available for your device, this is the rollout described above. There is no need to contact support to have it enabled, as it is not something we can switch on for an individual device. The feature is on its way and will become available automatically.
