If your G10i does not give position updates, check the following:
Make sure the G10i has a valid subscription. You can check this in the app under the device settings.
From the device settings, select Restart the device.
Use a tracking frequency of 1 minute 59 seconds or faster. Slower intervals may activate power saving and reduce updates.
Check the antenna for bite marks or other damage. If damaged, you can order a replacement antenna from the Tracker webshop.
If the device appears to work normally otherwise, check whether the issue affects only one user or all users tracking the device.
If only one user is affected, make sure the WeHunt app is up to date, online, and has a valid subscription. Check that maps can be downloaded and other dogs can be tracked. If everything is OK, remove the G10i from the devices list and add it again.
