Natlink warranty terms

Basic principles

  • The customer always has statutory rights (EU/national law)
  • Natlink's warranty is additional protection and does not replace statutory liability

What happens if the product is defective?

1. Primarily: repair at a Natlink service point

2. If not possible: replacement at a Natlink service point

3. If neither is possible:

  • price reduction, or
  • cancellation of the purchase
  • The price reduction or cancellation of the purchase is agreed with the seller of the product in question
