✅ How do I order a service?
You can easily place a service order by completing the service form. After submitting the form, you will receive detailed shipping instructions by email.
Please note: If your country is not listed in the service form, please contact customer support for shipping instructions.
How do I send my device for service?
Please follow these steps:
Check your device model and the correct service location for it. Instructions for checking your device model can be found here. Correct service location you can check from here.
If you are sending a device from an EU country without a service point, or from outside the EU, please contact customer support for shipping instructions.
Place a service order:
For Natlink Oy factory service, use the service form.
For an authorized service partner, follow their own instructions.
Send the device for service according to the instructions provided.
Note: If you would like a cost estimate for the repair, or if you are sending multiple devices at the same time, please create one service order for the entire shipment. In the service order’s Fault description / message field, specify the service needs or cost estimate request separately for each device.
⏳ How long will the service take?
Service turnaround times vary weekly.
For non-urgent repairs, we recommend sending the device in for service after the hunting season in the spring.

How much does service cost?
The service price depends on the device model and the scope of the repair.
Tracker basic service starting from €149–214 (depending on the device model).
The basic maintenance includes:
Battery
Housing
Antenna
Software update
Collar strap
Labor

Where can I buy spare parts?
The most common user-replaceable spare parts (e.g. antenna, collar strap, charging cable) are available in our Online store.
If the spare part you are looking for is not available in the online store, replacing it usually requires sending the device in for service.
